Methods we use to stop the pain.
These are the current interventional and regenerative medicine procedures offered by Interventional Pain Specialists utilizing fluoroscopic guidance. These injections can be safely performed in our fluoroscopy suite or at a surgery center for those requiring I.V. sedation for patient convenience.

Epidural Steroid Injections

Used to reduce the inflammation around spinal-related and radiating pain.

Facet & Sacroiliac Joint, and Selective Nerve Root

To diagnose and relieve spinal-related and radiating pain.

Intra-Articular Joint Injections

To stimulate joint cartilage repair.

Intra-Muscular & Trigger Point Injections

Utilizes anti-inflammatories and local anesthetic injected into the localized pain point for fast relief.

Radiofrequency Neurotomies

Controlled thermal destruction of sensory nerves that relieves pain caused by painful spinal joints.

Sympathetic Ganglion Blockade

A diagnostic and possible therapeutic interruption of autonomic nervous activity, which is useful in treating sympathetic, mediated pain.
